A: Check out the Flowmaster's website: http://www.crower.com/misc/m_cat.shtml The 50's may be your best bet, they have a series specific for trucks. I'm partial to 40's, sounded great on my 351C.

Q: What is the best aftermarket exhaust for a 2005 Ford F150?
I am looking into aftermarket exhaust systems for my Ford F150 and there seems to be so many on the market. I am familiar with Magna-Flow, Corsa, Gibson, and Roush. Q: 2005 Ford F150 Rail DVD System?
Under my sun-glasses holder there is a hole in the headliner and a wire with a connector that is strapped down. Is this the power for the DVD system? Please only answer if you know for sure! The rail dvd player is a until by itself and does not tie inot your speakers. It uses wireless headphones so all it takes is a power connection and I'm worndering if that connector there is the power for it.

A: What you are looking at is the DVD electrical prep harness used for factory DVD installation. It DOES in fact connect to the aux port of your head unit and DOES connect through your speaker system. With that installed all you need is the DVD unit which simply plugs in and clips onto the rail system. I have installed many of these and in fact have one myself in my 2004 F150 Lariat.

Q: 2005 Ford F150 XL?
HELLO, I AM NEEDING TO GET RID OF MY TRUCK DUE TO POSIBLE LAYOFF,DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A COMPANY OR DEALER THAT WOULD ASSIST IN HELPING SELL OR BUY THE LOAN WITHOUT MESSING UP MY CREDIT.ITS LOCATED IN THE DAYTON OH. AREA.ANY ADVISE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.ITS FOR SALE IN PAPER AND ON CRAIGSLIST,BUT I AM IMPATIANT AND NEED THIS THING GONE NOW. THANK YOU!

A: You will get more for the F150 by selling it to an individual rather than selling it to a dealer. The dealer will only give you trade in value. If you have a negative equity position on the vehicle, you will have to come up with the difference between the value and what you owe on the finance contract at the time of sale. This is true regardless of whether you sell to a dealer or individual.

Q: I am putting together a system for my 2005 Ford F150 and was curious as to what some suggestions are for amps.
First of all I am going for sound quality while keeping the system fairly loud. But sound quality above all else. In the doors a have 4 - INFINITY KAPPA 682.7CF 6"x8" (2 ohm / 300 peak / 100 RMS) speakers. Would like to louden these for the highs but as stated before not wanting to sacrifice quality with power. Behind the seats I have 2 - 10" Infinity KAPPA PERFECT10.1. These are sing voice coil at 4ohms (350rms 1400 max) Suggestions on amps. Nothing to outragious. Also capacitors, Wire gauge etc.

A: "A bigger guage wire is always better ecspecially on the ground wire." Actually you want BOTH power AND ground to be the same size. The same power travels through both afterall. By having two different sized cables you have more resistance on one of them.
